Lockner are architects, designers and developers. 

Founded by Elle Stevenson and Pete McMahon in 2016, Lockner specialise in unlocking the potential of building sites. We like to build honestly by exposing the form and texture of building materials. We love to use innovative building techniques to produce out of the ordinary architecture. We create beautiful spaces and charming places. 

Elle Stevenson B.Arch (Hons.) M.Arch PG.Dip ARB

Elle studied at the Nottingham School of Architecture and the Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL. Elle gained extensive experience in the residential sector whilst at Guy Stansfeld Architects and in public projects whist at van Heyningen and Haward Architects. Before starting work for Lockner, Elle worked for 2 years as a specialist planning consultant, focusing in particular on community engagement. 

Pete McMahon B.A. (Hons.) M.Arch PG.Dip ARB

Prior to establishing the practice in 2014, Pete studied at Sheffield School of Architecture. Whilst working at Greenway Architects and de Matos Ryan Architects Pete has led projects ranging from one off private houses to strategic masterplanning projects.
